by the Quantitative BioImaging (QBI) Society of 8405 Spring Creek, College
Station, TX 77845, USA ("we", "us" or "our"), a 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization. These terms and conditions, together
with any documents referred to within ("Terms") govern the use of the Site. By
using the Site, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We permit access to the Site to you on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw your access or amend the content we provide on the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site and content is unavailable at any time or for any period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or our entire Site.

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Bryan County in Texas shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
